Two pathways, every role covered

• Clinical staff — registered and enrolled nurses, care workers, clinical managers, educators and IPC Leads. Covers hand hygiene, PPE, aseptic technique, antimicrobial stewardship, devices and outbreak response.
• Non-clinical staff — care and support workers, cleaning, kitchen, laundry and maintenance roles. Covers hand hygiene, PPE, the clean-to-dirty workflow, environmental cleaning, spotting the signs of infection and outbreak response.
